Cookies are small text files that a website places on or reads from your device. Similar technologies, such as local storage or scripts, can also store or access information on your device.

Under European ePrivacy rules, strictly necessary cookies may be used without consent when they are needed to provide a service you requested. Non-essential cookies are used only with your prior consent.

PostHog is configured without tracking cookies, in memory mode and without profiling. Analytics loads only after you accept the “analytics” category. If analytics consent is missing or the PostHog key is not active, PostHog analytics is not loaded.

4. What do we measure?

When you allow analytics, we may process limited technical and usage data, such as page views, visited pages, general browser and device information, time of visit and error information. We do not use this data for advertising, sale of personal data, cross-site tracking or automated decisions with legal effects.

5. Managing your choice

On your first visit you can accept all cookies, reject non-essential cookies or manage preferences by category. You can change or withdraw your choice later via Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. Refusing or withdrawing consent has no consequences for using the website.

You can also delete or block cookies through your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, the website may not be able to remember your cookie preference.

6. Third parties and changes

For analytics we use, only after consent, PostHog Cloud EU, hosted on EU infrastructure. Other external services may be technically necessary for hosting, security or delivery of the website. More information is available in the privacy policy.

For live chat we use Crisp. The chat window is loaded, and Crisp’s servers are contacted, only when you click the chat button yourself; until you do, Crisp sets no cookies and receives no data about your visit. According to Crisp’s cookie policy, these cookies are not used for tracking. When you open the chat, Crisp stores your IP address with the chat session. If you send no message, Crisp states that the session is deleted 30 minutes after your last access. If you do hold a conversation, Crisp states that it retains the IP address for at least one year under French law.

We may update this cookie policy when the website, services used or law changes. If the change is material, we may ask for your cookie choice again.
