When will check-in and check-out become mandatory on construction sites?

From 1 April 2027, the check-in and check-out obligation will also apply to temporary and mobile construction sites; that is the start date announced by the NSSO. CIAO Construct already helps you send registrations automatically and follow them through to the final government response.
The deadline
From 1 April 2027, workers on temporary and mobile construction sites will have to register check-in and check-out in real time. The programme act of 30 May 2026 provided for 1 January 2027; the NSSO starts later so that the online application is fully operational.
